These terms cover your use of suitcaseandstay.com, the website of Suitcase & Stay, LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site

The site is here to help you learn about our homes and services, get in touch, and find where to book. Please do not misuse it, for example by trying to break into it, overload it, or send spam through its forms or chat.

Information on the site

We work to keep descriptions, photos, amenities, prices and open dates accurate, but details change and mistakes happen. Prices and dates shown on this site, including by the chat assistant, are a guide only. The booking page shows the final price for your dates before you pay, and that is the price that counts.

Your stay has its own agreement

These terms are not your rental contract. Each stay is governed by a separate guest agreement that you sign after booking, along with the terms of the site you booked on. If anything here conflicts with your guest agreement, the guest agreement controls your stay.

The chat assistant

Our chat is an AI assistant. It tries to be helpful, but it can make mistakes, including about prices, dates, house details and policies. Nothing it says is a binding offer, a reservation, or a change to your guest agreement. Please confirm anything important with us or on the booking page.

Please do not share personal details in the chat. We save chat conversations to improve our answers, as explained in our privacy policy.

Booking and other websites

Direct bookings happen on book.suitcaseandstay.com, which is run by Hospitable. Payments are processed there, not on suitcaseandstay.com. We also link to Airbnb. Hospitable and Airbnb have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how their sites work or what they contain.

Security cameras

This applies to Cedar & Sage.

Exterior security cameras cover the driveway, the front entrance and the rear of the house. There are no cameras or recording devices of any kind inside the house, and no camera views the interior.

Limits on our liability

We provide the site as it is, and we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, Suitcase & Stay, LLC is not liable for any loss that comes from using this site, relying on what it says (including the chat), or using a site we link to.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have that the law does not allow us to limit, and nothing here changes your guest agreement.

Kentucky law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after an update, the updated terms apply.
